How long does setup take?
Most shops are on a live, populated Gantt board within 60 minutes of signing up. You can import your existing job list from Excel via CSV — no manual re-entry required.
Do you offer a demo?
Yes. Request a demo via the Demo Request page (/demo) and we'll schedule a 30-minute walkthrough of the Gantt board, conflict detection, and operator scheduling features with your actual machine and job data.
I'm using JobBOSS²/E2 ShopTech. Can Visual Machine Scheduler work alongside it?
Yes. Visual Machine Scheduler is intentionally standalone — you use it for scheduling visibility and conflict prevention; your ERP handles quoting, invoicing, and inventory. CSV import lets you pull active jobs from your ERP into the scheduler without a direct integration.
We have 80 machines across two shifts. Which tier is right for us?
