Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every tier starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can import your existing jobs from Excel during the trial — the full product is available from day one.

Can I import my existing Excel schedule?

Yes. The CSV importer accepts your existing job list — job number, customer name, due date, operation name, machine name, and estimated hours. Valid rows import immediately even if some rows have formatting issues. Average onboarding time is under 30 minutes.

What happens if I need more machines or users than my tier includes?

On Essentials, Professional, and Business tiers, you can add extra machines at $20/month each and extra seats at $15/month each. On Enterprise, machines and seats are unlimited.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and new tier limits are enforced right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans save the equivalent of 2 months — Essentials $1,990/yr, Professional $3,490/yr, Business $5,990/yr, Enterprise $11,990/yr.

What do you mean by "no ERP required"?

Visual Machine Scheduler is a standalone scheduling tool. It does not require a connection to SAP, Oracle, Epicor, JobBOSS², or any other ERP to deliver value. CSV import handles the onboarding use case at all tiers.

Do I need an IT project to get started?

No. The product is cloud-based, requires no on-premise installation, and the CSV import handles your existing job data without developer involvement. Most shops are fully onboarded in under 30 minutes.

How does billing work for Canadian companies?

All pricing is in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion for Canadian customers at prevailing exchange rates.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel any time from the billing settings page — no cancellation fee. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export everything before it is removed.

Is there a limit on active jobs in the Business or Enterprise tier?

No. Business and Enterprise tiers have unlimited active jobs. Essentials is limited to 50 active jobs and Professional to 200.
