Marketing site: email addresses (newsletter signup, waitlist, contact forms), ROI calculator inputs (anonymized unless email provided), IP address and usage data via Plausible (cookieless, no personal identification) and Google Analytics 4 (cookies, used for traffic-source attribution and Search Console correlation).
Digital store: name, email, billing address (via Stripe), download activity.
Application: account email and name, organization name, all scheduling data you create (machines, jobs, operations, schedules), usage logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the Application, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, download links, trial expiry notices, data-deletion warnings), and send the newsletter if you subscribed.

4. Cookies
MachineScheduler.com uses no advertising or retargeting cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. Google Analytics 4 sets first-party analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for traffic attribution; these expire after up to 2 years and contain a random identifier only — no name, email, or browsing history outside this site. The Application uses session cookies for authentication only. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
5. Data Retention
See Terms of Service Section 7. You may request full data deletion within 30 days by emailing eddy@machinescheduler.com.
6. Your Rights (PIPEDA + GDPR)
Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) including access, correction, and deletion.
