Schedule planned and preventive maintenance windows per machine, then reserve each one as a capacity block that reduces that machine's available hours — so PM shows up on the load plan weeks ahead instead of colliding with committed jobs. You enter your own machines, PM intervals (calendar or run-hours), last-done dates, and window durations; the workbook computes next-due dates, flags anything overdue, and shows which machines lose the most hours to PM in a period.
