Capacity & Setup
Catalog every machine on your floor — name, type, cell, shift pattern, hourly capacity, and active status — then log the planned maintenance, calibration, and holiday windows that remove hours. The workbook subtracts those capacity blocks from gross shift hours to give you net available hours per machine per week, and flags which machines are heavily blocked versus lightly loaded. This is the seed data the rest of your scheduling tools read. Every hour, capacity, and block is a number you enter; the workbook asserts no benchmark and computes only on your own machine list.
